En un mundo donde no paramos de correr sin saber bien hacia dónde, de repente tuvimos que detenernos. Y abrazar la idea de que el ocio, lo “no productivo”, no solamente es bueno, sino que nos da aire, espacio para que lo que tenga que llegar pueda aparecer. La naturaleza disminuyó su marcha con nosotros, respiró, y nos invitó a reflejarnos en ella, a zambullirnos hacia adentro. Al abismo de lo cotidiano y urgente, de lo que nos quita el sueño, de lo que nos estremece y también lo que nos da felicidad.
Ante un escenario mundial por demás hostil e individualista, este ha sido y es un tiempo para ejercitar la paciencia, la empatía y la disciplina. Tiempo de buscar lo que nos hace bien y darle espacio. De intentar comprender al dolor y a la muerte como parte del proceso de la vida, de mantenernos fuertes, de informarnos, de no tener miedo. También de aceptar que nada está dicho, que podemos desear, soñar, abrir el corazón y estar atentos a lo que está por venir. En ese contexto, la frase “tirale corazones”, un pedido de mi bebé Ulises cuando mirábamos juntos conciertos en vivo en redes sociales o charlábamos con la familia vía remota, adquiere un significado sensible, profundo y verdadero: conectar con el otro, transmitirle nuestro cariño y buenos pensamientos, tratar de entenderlo y ponernos en su lugar, en fin, tirarle buena onda.
